We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Practice Administrator to join our team at MGH at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital.   1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the neurosurgery practice at MGH at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital, including daily operations, financial management, and strategic planning.
  2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations of the practice.
  3. Collaborate with the neurosurgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care and excellent customer service.
  4. Manage and mentor a team of administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  5. Create and maintain budgets, financial reports, and billing processes to ensure the financial success of the practice.
  6. Serve as a liaison between the practice and hospital administration, maintaining strong working relationships and advocating for the needs of the practice.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  8. Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to continuously improve the practice's performance and patient outcomes.
  9. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements or changes to the practice.
  10. Represent the practice at conferences, meetings, and other events to promote the practice and network with other professionals in the field.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In Neurosurgery.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations, Policies, And Procedures, Especially Related To Neurosurgery.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Physicians, Staff, And Other Stakeholders.

  • Experience In Financial Management, Budgeting, And Revenue Cycle Management, With A Track Record Of Improving Efficiency And Profitability Within A Healthcare Organization.
