  1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the neurosurgery practice, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all areas.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans for the growth and development of the neurosurgery practice.
  3. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure top-quality patient care and satisfaction.
  4. Monitor and analyze practice metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes to achieve optimal performance.
  5. Manage and allocate resources, including budget, staffing, and equipment, to ensure the smooth functioning of the practice.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including patients, physicians, staff, and vendors.
  7. Implement and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
  8. Lead and mentor a high-performing team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to promote professional growth and job satisfaction.
  9. Regularly assess and improve patient satisfaction and experience, implementing strategies to enhance the patient journey.
  10. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in neurosurgery, implementing new technologies and best practices to enhance patient care and practice efficiency.
  11. Collaborate with other departments and facilities to ensure seamless coordination and continuity of care for neurosurgery patients.
  12. Act as a liaison between the neurosurgery practice and other departments, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
  13. Attend and participate in relevant meetings, conferences, and training opportunities to stay informed and up-to-date on industry developments.
  14. Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise within the practice, ensuring a positive work environment for all staff members.
  15. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting a patient-centered approach and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of the neurosurgery practice.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Previous Experience In A Healthcare Management Role, Preferably In A Neurosurgery Practice.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations, Including Hipaa And Medicare/Medicaid Billing.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Clinical And Administrative Staff.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Patients, Physicians, And Other Hospital Staff In A Professional And Compassionate Manner.
