
Medical/Surgical Nurse - Per Diem - Faulkner

- Provide direct patient care: The Medical/Surgical Nurse will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.

Valid Rn License And Bsn Degree: A Medical/Surgical Nurse At Wentworth-Douglass Hospital Must Have A Current Registered Nurse (Rn) License And A Bachelor Of Science In Nursing (Bsn) Degree. This Ensures A Strong Foundation Of Knowledge And Skills In Nursing Practice.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Medical/Surgical Setting: Working In A Fast-Paced, Acute Care Setting Requires A Certain Level Of Experience And Competence. Wentworth-Douglass Hospital Requires A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Medical/Surgical Setting For This Position.
Strong Clinical Skills And Knowledge: Medical/Surgical Nurses Must Possess Excellent Clinical Skills And A Deep Understanding Of Medical Conditions And Treatments. This Includes Proficiency In Administering Medications, Performing Procedures, And Managing Patient Care.
Ability To Work Autonomously And Collaboratively: As A Per Diem Nurse, The Individual In This Role Must Be Able To Work Independently And Make Critical Decisions. At The Same Time, They Must Also Collaborate Effectively With The Multidisciplinary Team To Ensure The Best Possible Patient Outcomes.
Flexibility And Adaptability: Per Diem Nurses At Wentworth-Douglass Hospital Are Expected To Work Varying Shifts And Schedules To Meet The Changing Needs Of The Hospital. This Requires A High Level Of Flexibility And Adaptability To Different Work Environments And Patient Populations.
