1. Conduct laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently to support the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
2. Perform quality control checks and maintain accurate records of all laboratory results.
3. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
4. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to review and interpret laboratory results.
6. Maintain inventory and order necessary supplies to ensure the smooth functioning of the laboratory.
7. Participate in continuing education and training to stay updated on new laboratory techniques and procedures.
8. Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals to provide excellent patient care.
9. Follow all hospital policies and procedures to maintain confidentiality and privacy of patient information.
10. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
11. Manage multiple tasks and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
