  1. Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors by welcoming them to the hospital and assisting with any inquiries or needs.
  2. Participate in a comprehensive training program to learn the responsibilities and duties of a Medical Assistant.
  3. Shadow and assist experienced medical professionals in various tasks, including taking vital signs, preparing examination rooms, and collecting patient specimens.
  4. Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.
  5. Attend all training sessions and complete assigned coursework and exams to demonstrate competency in various medical procedures.
  6. Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and supervisors to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  7. Follow all hospital policies and procedures, including infection control, safety, and HIPAA regulations.
  8. Maintain accurate and organized patient records and documentation.
  9. Assist with scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and coordinating with other departments as needed.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and grow as a Medical Assistant, through self-learning and feedback from supervisors.
  11. Provide emotional support and empathy to patients and their families during their healthcare journey.
  12. Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all interactions with patients and colleagues.
  13. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.
  14. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving patient care and operational efficiency.
  15. Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude in all interactions, representing the hospital's mission and values.

Job Qualifications
  • Completion Of An Accredited Medical Assistant Training Program.
