  8. Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and verifying insurance information.
  9. Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with medical practices and procedures.
  10. Continuously strive to improve patient satisfaction by seeking feedback and implementing suggestions for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Completion Of An Accredited Medical Assistant Program Or Equivalent Education And Training.

  • At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience Working As A Medical Assistant In A Primary Care Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Medical Terminology, Anatomy, And Basic Patient Care Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients, Providers, And Colleagues.

  • Familiarity With Electronic Health Record Systems And Ability To Accurately Document Patient Information.
