- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Assist healthcare professionals in delivering patient care and maintaining patient comfort and safety.
- Perform administrative tasks such as patient scheduling, maintaining medical records, and processing insurance forms.
- Prepare and maintain examination and treatment areas, including sanitization and stocking of supplies.
- Take and record patient vital signs, medical histories, and other relevant information.
- Administer medications and assist with procedures under the supervision of a healthcare provider.
- Educate patients on self-care techniques and provide them with necessary resources and information.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
- Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth and development within the healthcare field.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient advocacy and ethical standards.
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements and utilize new technologies and techniques to enhance patient care.
High School Diploma Or Ged: A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Is Required For This Position.
Certified Medical Assistant (Cma): Candidates Must Possess A Current Cma Certification From An Accredited Institution.
Prior Medical Assistant Experience: At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience Working As A Medical Assistant In A Healthcare Setting Is Preferred.
Knowledge Of Electronic Medical Records (Emr): The Ability To Navigate And Use Emr Systems Is Essential For This Position.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Necessary To Effectively Interact With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
