1. Greet and welcome all patients and visitors to Wentworth-Douglass Hospital with a friendly and positive attitude.
2. Ensure that all guests are provided with exceptional service and assistance with parking and navigating the hospital campus.
3. Serve as the lead cashier for the parking department, handling cash transactions and accurately maintaining financial records.
4. Train and supervise a team of cashiers, ensuring they are providing excellent customer service and following proper cash handling procedures.
5. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the parking lot and surrounding areas, including enforcing parking policies and regulations.
