  1. Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of necessary supplies and equipment.
  2. Place orders for inventory items in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels, orders, and deliveries.
  4. Collaborate with various departments to assess inventory needs and make recommendations for improvements.
  5. Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and resolve any issues.
  6. Utilize inventory management software to track and manage inventory levels.
  7. Communicate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing and resolve any issues.
  8. Assist with inventory budgeting and forecasting.
  9. Train and supervise other staff members on proper inventory management procedures.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in inventory management.
  11. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline inventory management procedures.
  12. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
  13. Provide exceptional customer service to all departments and team members.
  14. Maintain a clean and organized inventory storage area.
  15. Handle any urgent inventory needs or requests in a timely and efficient manner.
