- Oversee the inventory management process to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Monitor inventory levels and anticipate supply needs to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Work closely with various departments to understand their inventory needs and ensure timely delivery of supplies.
- Perform regular inventory audits and address any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized and accurate inventory records in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Collaborate with purchasing department to order supplies and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
- Train and supervise inventory control staff to ensure they understand and follow proper procedures.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and make recommendations for improvements in inventory management processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in inventory control technology.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Continuously strive to maintain and improve the quality of inventory management processes.
- Assist in special projects and initiatives related to inventory management as needed.

Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Inventory Management Or Supply Chain Management.
Proficiency In Using Inventory Management Software And Microsoft Excel.
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills To Effectively Manage Inventory Levels And Coordinate With Various Departments.
