  1. Provide high-quality and compassionate patient care in a variety of clinical settings.
  2. Utilize nursing skills and knowledge to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

  15. Attend and actively participate in meetings, trainings, and workshops.
  16. Assist with the orientation and training of new nursing staff.
  17. Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the healthcare team.
