  1. Provide individual and group therapy to patients with mood and anxiety disorders in an inpatient setting.
  2. Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
  3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement effective treatment interventions.
  4. Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  5. Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions and coping strategies.
  6. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions and treatment plans.
  7. Adhere to all ethical and legal guidelines in the provision of mental health services.
  8. Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and other collaborative activities.
  9. Stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in the field of mental health.
  10. Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
  11. Advocate for patients and assist them in accessing necessary resources and support systems.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of patients and their families.
  13. Collaborate with community organizations and agencies to provide comprehensive care for patients.
  14. Support a positive and inclusive work environment.
  15. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Social Work From An Accredited Program.

  • Current State Licensure As A Clinical Social Worker.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working In An Inpatient Mood And Anxiety Unit Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Treatment Modalities For Mood And Anxiety Disorders.

  • Ability To Collaborate With A Multidisciplinary Team And Provide Individual And Group Therapy To Patients.
