- Conduct comprehensive psychometric assessments on patients to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of mental health conditions.
- Develop and administer a variety of standardized tests and assessments to evaluate cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to provide accurate and timely psychometric evaluations for patients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge and understanding of psychometric testing methods, tools, and procedures.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results by following established protocols and procedures.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret and communicate test results to healthcare professionals and patients.
- Demonstrate empathy and compassion towards patients, creating a safe and comfortable environment for them during testing.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical and legal standards in the administration of psychometric testing.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all assessments and reports, ensuring proper documentation for patient care and billing purposes.

- Provide guidance and support to less experienced psychometrists and other members of the healthcare team.

- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Master's Degree In Psychology Or Related Field, With Specialized Training In Psychometric Assessment.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Administering And Interpreting Psychological Tests In A Clinical Setting.
Certification As A Psychometrist Through A Recognized Professional Organization (E.g. National Association Of Psychometrists).
Proficiency In Administering And Scoring A Variety Of Psychological Tests, Including Cognitive, Personality, And Neuropsychological Assessments.
Strong Understanding Of Psychological Theories And Principles, As Well As Knowledge Of Dsm-5 Diagnostic Criteria.
