Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Education Requirement For This Role Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Ensures That The Candidate Has Basic Knowledge And Understanding Of Healthcare Procedures And Terminology.

  • Current Bls Certification: The Candidate Must Have A Current Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification From The American Heart Association. This Certification Is Essential For Providing Emergency Care And Responding To Life-Threatening Situations.

  • Previous Patient Care Experience: Candidates Must Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably As A Patient Care Associate. This Experience Ensures That The Candidate Is Familiar With Patient Care Procedures And Can Handle A Fast-Paced Work Environment.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Float Pool Patient Care Associate Ii, The Candidate Will Be Working With A Variety Of Patients And Healthcare Professionals. Therefore, Strong Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, Are Essential For Effective Patient Care And Teamwork.
