  1. Provide life-saving care to patients in emergency situations.
  2. Respond quickly and efficiently to emergency calls and provide appropriate medical treatment.
  3. Assess patients’ conditions and administer necessary medical interventions.
  4. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and treatment.
  5. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  6. Operate and maintain emergency medical equipment.
  7. Adhere to all protocols, policies, and procedures of the organization.
  8. Continuously monitor and reassess patients’ conditions and provide appropriate updates to the medical team.
  9. Assist with patient transport to the hospital and provide medical care during transport.
  10. Stay up-to-date with advancements and changes in emergency medical services.
  11. Participate in regular training and development programs to maintain and improve skills.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  13. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
  14. Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and professionalism in all patient interactions.
  15. Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of the job.
  16. Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  17. Respond to on-call duties as required.

Job Qualifications
  • Valid Paramedic Certification: The Candidate Should Hold A Valid Paramedic Certification From An Accredited Institution.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience: The Candidate Should Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Paramedic In A Field Setting.

  • Current Bls And Acls Certifications: The Candidate Should Possess Valid Basic Life Support (Bls) And Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) Certifications.

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills: The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Their Families, And Other Medical Professionals, And Work Collaboratively In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Physical Fitness And Stamina: The Candidate Should Be Physically Fit And Possess The Stamina To Perform Physically Demanding Tasks In Emergency Situations.
