- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Skilled Nursing Facility, ensuring that all services are delivered in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the quality of care and services provided by the SNF.
- Manage a team of healthcare professionals, providing them with direction, support, and resources to ensure a high level of performance.
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the SNF, promoting a patient-centered approach to care.
- Collaborate with other members of the senior leadership team to align the SNF's goals with the overall goals of the hospital.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, as well as internal policies and procedures.
- Develop and manage the SNF's budget, seeking opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as insurance providers, referral sources, and community organizations.
- Act as a liaison between the SNF and other departments within the hospital, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into the SNF's operations as appropriate.
- Handle any issues or concerns that arise within the SNF, addressing them promptly and effectively.
- Represent the SNF in meetings and events, serving as an ambassador for the hospital and the SNF.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the SNF.
- Uphold the hospital's mission, vision, and values, and serve as a role model for all staff members.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff, and provide opportunities for professional development.
- Collaborate with the hospital's marketing team to promote the SNF's services and increase patient satisfaction.
- Prepare and present reports to hospital leadership and the board of directors regarding the
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Skilled Nursing Facility.
Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Compliance And Accreditation Standards For Skilled Nursing Facilities.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Financial Management And Strategic Planning For A Skilled Nursing Facility.
