1. Provide direct support to the anesthesia team by assisting with equipment preparation, patient positioning, and monitoring during procedures.
2. Administer anesthesia under the direction of the anesthesia team, ensuring the safety and comfort of the patient.
3. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including stocking and ordering necessary supplies.
4. Monitor and document patient vital signs and anesthesia levels during procedures.
5. Communicate effectively with the anesthesia team to ensure seamless patient care.
6. Adhere to all hospital and department policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
7. Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain and improve skills and knowledge.
8. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and demonstrate professionalism and ethical behavior at all times.

10. Provide comfort and reassurance to patients and their families before, during, and after procedures.
