
ECG - Holter Technician

- Perform non-invasive electrocardiogram (ECG) and Holter monitor tests on patients.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and ECG readings accurately.
- Ensure proper functioning and calibration of ECG and Holter monitor equipment.
- Educate patients on the procedure and answer any questions or concerns.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians and other medical staff to ensure accurate and timely test results.
- Document and report any abnormal ECG readings to the appropriate medical personnel.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Keep up-to-date with advancements and changes in ECG and Holter monitor technology.
- Provide exceptional patient care and ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures.
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
- Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions.
- Assist with other tasks and responsibilities as needed.
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of all performed tests.
- Communicate effectively with patients, coworkers, and other medical staff.
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.

- Adhere to all ethical and professional standards.
Certified Cardiographic Technician (Cct) Or Certified Cardiographic Technologist (Cct) Credential From The Cardiovascular Credentialing International (Cci).
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Related Field Or Equivalent Combination Of Education And Experience.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Performing Ecg And Holter Monitoring In A Hospital Or Clinical Setting.
Knowledge Of Cardiac Anatomy, Physiology, And Electrocardiography Interpretation.
Strong Communication Skills And Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
