  1. Coordinate and manage all aspects of clinical trials related to cardiovascular medicine, including patient recruitment, data collection, and protocol adherence.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for the research team, study sponsors, and participating healthcare providers.
  3. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the study protocols, procedures, and requirements.
  4. Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and maintain accurate documentation of all study activities.
  5. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to identify potential study participants and facilitate their enrollment.
  6. Monitor and track study progress, including patient visits, data collection, and study drug administration.
  7. Communicate study updates and results to relevant parties, including study sponsors, regulatory agencies, and hospital staff.
  8. Coordinate study-related meetings, trainings, and presentations to ensure all team members are informed and up-to-date.
  9. Assist with budget and resource management for the clinical trials, including tracking expenses and ordering necessary supplies.
  10. Act as a liaison between the research team and other hospital departments to facilitate smooth operations and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to clinical trial coordination to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Maintain confidentiality of all study-related information and adhere to Good Clinical Practice guidelines.
  13. Attend relevant workshops and conferences to stay informed on industry developments and best practices.
  14. Mentor and train new team members to ensure understanding of protocols and procedures.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional healthcare and advancing the field of cardiovascular medicine through participation in clinical trials.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Fda Regulations And Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Or Life Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In The Field Of Cardiovascular Medicine.

  • Certification As A Clinical Research Coordinator (Crc) Or Certified Clinical Research Professional (Ccrp) Preferred.

  • Excellent Organizational And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Multitask And Work Independently In A Fast-Paced Environment.
