  1. Provide exceptional patient care and support in a healthcare setting.
  2. Work collaboratively with clinical staff to ensure patients receive the best care possible.
  3. Communicate effectively and efficiently with patients, clinical staff, and other team members.
  4. Demonstrate attention to detail in all aspects of the job, including patient records and medical equipment.
  5. Maintain a thorough understanding of medical terminology and procedures.
  6. Prepare examination rooms and equipment for patient appointments.
  7. Assist with patient intake, including taking vitals, recording medical history, and obtaining necessary consent forms.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
  9. Assist with scheduling patient appointments and managing patient flow.
  10. Monitor and order medical supplies and equipment as needed.
  11. Provide support to clinical staff during procedures and treatments.
  12. Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
  13. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth.
  15. Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.
  16. Remain calm and professional in high-stress situations.
  17. Serve as a positive and supportive representative of the hospital and its mission.
  18. Collaborate with other departments and team members to improve patient care and processes.
  19. Attend and actively participate in departmental meetings and trainings.
  20. Other duties as assigned by supervisor or hospital administration.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Healthcare-Related Field, Such As Nursing, Medical Technology, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Support Role, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Clinical Procedures.

  • Experience With Electronic Medical Records (Emr) Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Office.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Diverse Team Of Healthcare Professionals.
