  1. Conduct and oversee research studies related to exercise training, ensuring compliance with study protocols and regulations.
  2. Recruit and screen potential participants for research studies, including obtaining informed consent.
  3. Collect and analyze data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  4. Communicate with study participants, healthcare professionals, and research team members to facilitate study procedures.
  5. Serve as a liaison between the research team and external stakeholders, such as funding agencies and regulatory bodies.
  6. Assist with the preparation and submission of study protocols and regulatory documents.
  7. Maintain accurate and organized study records, including participant files and study documentation.
  8. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional guidelines and regulations.
  9. Stay up-to-date on current research practices and developments in the field of exercise training.
  10. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement exercise training programs for patients.
  11. Assist with the dissemination of research findings through presentations and publications.
  12. Train and supervise research assistants and other team members involved in the exercise training program.
  13. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of new research initiatives.
  14. Adhere to ethical standards and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
  15. Represent the hospital and the exercise training program in a professional and positive manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Clinical Research Coordinator In A Hospital Or Clinical Setting.

  • Certification As A Clinical Research Coordinator (Ccrc) Or Certified Clinical Research Professional (Ccrp) Preferred.

  • Strong Understanding Of Exercise Training Protocols And Ability To Design And Implement Exercise Interventions For Clinical Research Studies.

  • Experience With Data Collection And Management, Including Proficiency In Data Analysis Software And Electronic Medical Records Systems.
