We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator I to join our team in a hybrid role. In this position, you will play a vital role in conducting and managing clinical research studies, ultimately contributing to the advancement of medical knowledge and patient care.   1. Conduct and manage clinical research studies in accordance with regulations and protocols set by the Center for Clinical Investigation and Wentworth-Douglass Hospital.
  2. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and researchers to ensure all study procedures and data collection are carried out accurately and efficiently.
  3. Assist in the development and implementation of study protocols, including recruitment strategies, data collection methods, and quality control measures.
  4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of study participants, data, and procedures, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all relevant regulations.
  5. Communicate effectively with study participants, healthcare professionals, and other team members to ensure smooth and timely execution of study procedures.
  6. Coordinate with vendors and sponsors to ensure timely delivery of study materials and supplies.
  7. Manage study budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to allocated funds and proper documentation of expenses.
  8. Keep abreast of current developments and advancements in the field of clinical research, and apply new knowledge and techniques to improve study processes and outcomes.
  9. Adhere to all ethical standards and regulations governing clinical research, including informed consent procedures and protection of human subjects.
  10. Act as a liaison between study participants and healthcare professionals, answering any questions or concerns and addressing any issues that may arise during the course of the study.
  11. Train and supervise junior research staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of study tasks and responsibilities.
  12. Contribute to the dissemination of study findings through presentations, publications, and other forms of communication.
  13. Comply with all institutional policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, to maintain a safe and ethical work environment.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with study participants, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  15. Continuously monitor and evaluate study progress, identifying potential risks and implementing corrective action plans as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Science Or Healthcare Related Field

  • At Least 1 Year Of Experience In Clinical Research Coordination Or A Related Role

  • Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Gcp Guidelines

  • Strong Organizational, Communication, And Problem-Solving Skills

  • Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team, With A High Level Of Attention To Detail And Accuracy.
