  1. Coordinate and oversee all aspects of clinical research studies in collaboration with physicians and other research staff.
  2. Ensure compliance with all regulations, protocols, and guidelines related to the conduct of clinical research.
  3. Recruit and screen patients for participation in clinical trials, including obtaining informed consent.
  4. Collect and maintain accurate and complete data and records for each study.
  5. Monitor and track study progress, including patient enrollment, data collection, and study timeline.
  6. Collaborate with study sponsors, regulatory agencies, and Institutional Review Boards (IRBs) to ensure timely and accurate submission of study documents and reports.
  7. Serve as a liaison between study participants, physicians, and other healthcare professionals involved in the study.
  8. Assist in the development and implementation of study protocols and procedures.
  9. Conduct study visits and procedures according to protocol guidelines and ensure that study participants receive appropriate care and follow-up.
  10. Communicate regularly with study sponsors, study team members, and patients to provide updates on study progress and address any issues or concerns.
  11. Adhere to ethical principles and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
  12. Stay informed about new developments in the field of rheumatology and apply knowledge to improve study processes and procedures.
  13. Participate in training and education opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills related to clinical research.
  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of study-related activities, including tracking study expenses and managing study budgets.
  15. Contribute to the development of research publications and presentations.
  16. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures related to research activities.
  17. Demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care and a passion for improving patient outcomes through research.
  18. Act as a positive representative of the hospital and the research team in all interactions with patients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Healthcare, Life Sciences, Or Clinical Research.

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In A Hospital Or Academic Medical Center Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines And Regulations Governing Clinical Trials.

  • Excellent Organizational And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Multitask And Work Independently.
