  1. Develop and maintain evidence-based practices and protocols for the hospital to ensure high quality patient care.
  2. Lead and support staff in the implementation of new practices and protocols.
  3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to continuously improve and update practices and protocols.
  4. Provide ongoing training and education for staff to ensure competency in new practices and protocols.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of practices and protocols, making necessary adjustments as needed.
  6. Serve as a resource and mentor for staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards related to clinical practices.
  8. Act as a liaison between the hospital and external organizations related to clinical practices.
  9. Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
  10. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in clinical practices, incorporating them into hospital protocols when appropriate.
  11. Foster a positive and respectful work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among staff.
  12. Represent the hospital at conferences, workshops, and other professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills related to clinical practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Hospital Setting

  • Active Rn License In The State Of New Hampshire

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Evidence-Based Practices And Quality Improvement Initiatives.
