- Develop and maintain evidence-based practices and protocols for the hospital to ensure high quality patient care.
- Lead and support staff in the implementation of new practices and protocols.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to continuously improve and update practices and protocols.
- Provide ongoing training and education for staff to ensure competency in new practices and protocols.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of practices and protocols, making necessary adjustments as needed.
- Serve as a resource and mentor for staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards related to clinical practices.
- Act as a liaison between the hospital and external organizations related to clinical practices.
- Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in clinical practices, incorporating them into hospital protocols when appropriate.
- Foster a positive and respectful work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among staff.
- Represent the hospital at conferences, workshops, and other professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills related to clinical practices.
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Hospital Setting
Active Rn License In The State Of New Hampshire
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills
Experience In Developing And Implementing Evidence-Based Practices And Quality Improvement Initiatives.
