1. Oversee the daily operations of the Neurology department, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
2. Lead and manage the clinical practice of the department, including coordinating patient care, scheduling appointments, and managing patient flow.
3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality and evidence-based care for patients.
4. Provide leadership and guidance to the department staff, including physicians, nurses, and support staff.
