- Oversee and lead the clinical operations of the hospital, ensuring that all patient care is delivered in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Provide guidance and support to clinical staff, including nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality care to patients.
- Collaborate with other department heads and hospital leadership to develop and implement strategies that improve patient care outcomes and drive the success of the hospital.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of clinical staff, providing ongoing feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement and professional development.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external healthcare organizations and stakeholders to promote collaboration and enhance the hospital's reputation.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in healthcare to inform decision-making and drive innovation within the hospital.
- Manage and allocate resources, including staffing, equipment, and supplies, to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness while maintaining high-quality care.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA, JCAHO, and OSHA.
- Serve as a role model for ethical and professional behavior, fostering a culture of respect, teamwork, and patient-centered care among staff.
- Act as a liaison between clinical staff and hospital leadership, relaying feedback, concerns, and suggestions to improve patient care and organizational processes.
Active Rn License In The State Of New Hampshire.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience As A Clinical Leader In A Hospital Setting.
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Healthcare Field.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Standards.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Collaborate With A Multidisciplinary Team.
