  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic/practice, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services.
  2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and positive environment for patients and staff.
  3. Manage and coordinate the schedules of healthcare providers, support staff, and other employees to ensure adequate coverage.
  4. Monitor and track budgetary and financial information, including revenue and expenses, and make recommendations for cost-saving measures.
  5. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards, such as HIPAA and OSHA.
  6. Recruit, train, and supervise clinic/practice staff, providing ongoing support and coaching to promote a high-performing team.
  7. Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring patients receive the highest quality care and have a positive experience.
  8. Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
  9. Handle patient and staff concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Maintain and update electronic health records and other administrative systems to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in healthcare management, and implement new strategies as appropriate.
  12. Participate in hospital-wide committees and meetings to enhance communication and promote a collaborative work environment.
  13. Manage inventory and supplies, and ensure appropriate equipment and resources are available for patient care.
  14. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to staff members.
  15. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to all ethical and legal standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, Including Hipaa And Osha.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Management Or Clinic/Practice Management Role.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Healthcare Professionals.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Patients, Staff, And Physicians In A Professional And Compassionate Manner.
