This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 2 years of experience in a clinic or medical practice, and a strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures.   1. Provide excellent patient care by assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, scheduling appointments, and answering patient questions.
  2. Ensure the smooth operation of the clinic by maintaining inventory of supplies, ordering necessary equipment, and coordinating with other team members.
  3. Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a high level of customer service and patient satisfaction.
  4. Utilize knowledge of medical terminology and procedures to accurately document patient information and assist with medical procedures as needed.
  5. Maintain patient confidentiality by handling sensitive information with discretion and following all HIPAA regulations.
  6. Act as a senior team member by providing guidance and support to other clinic/practice assistants, and assisting with training new staff members.
  7. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and billing to contribute to the efficient functioning of the clinic.
  8. Work independently and efficiently to complete tasks and prioritize responsibilities, while also being able to work collaboratively with other team members.
  9. Keep up-to-date with industry standards and best practices by attending trainings, workshops, and conferences as required.
  10. Demonstrate a positive and compassionate attitude towards patients, coworkers, and other healthcare professionals, while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Clinic Or Practice Environment.

  • Proficiency In Electronic Medical Records (Emr) Systems, With A Strong Understanding Of Medical Terminology And Coding.

  • Proven Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Responsibilities In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent, With Additional Education Or Certifications In Medical Assisting Or Healthcare Administration Preferred.
