- Provide compassionate care to patients by assisting with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Use knowledge of nursing techniques and procedures to provide high-quality care to patients.
- Demonstrate a strong dedication to making a positive impact in the lives of patients and their families.
- Maintain a professional and caring demeanor while interacting with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety by following proper lifting and transferring techniques.
- Monitor and report any changes in patients' conditions to the nursing staff.
- Assist with patient documentation and record keeping.
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to create and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Maintain a clean and organized patient environment.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
- Attend required training and educational programs to stay current on best practices in patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
- Continuously strive to improve patient care and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
- Maintain certification and stay updated on any changes in nursing regulations and procedures.
- Support a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the nursing staff or hospital administration.
Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification
Completion Of An Accredited Certified Nursing Assistant Program
Current Certification And Registration In The State Of New Hampshire
Minimum Of 1 Year Experience As A Certified Nursing Assistant In A Hospital Or Long-Term Care Setting
Demonstrated Ability To Provide Compassionate And High-Quality Patient Care, With Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills.
