- Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries with empathy and compassion.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and route calls to appropriate departments and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and interactions with patients.
- Utilize computer systems and software to accurately enter and update patient information.
- Follow established protocols and procedures for call handling and patient communication.
- Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers to ensure timely and efficient care.
- Handle confidential patient information with discretion and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Multitask effectively to manage a high volume of calls and prioritize urgent requests.

- Collaborate with other call center operators and departments to maintain smooth operations and provide seamless patient experiences.
- Continuously improve knowledge and skills through training and staying updated on hospital policies and procedures.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Adhere to all organization and departmental guidelines, including attendance and punctuality standards.

Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Call Center Or Customer Service Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent Required; Additional Education Or Certification In Customer Service Or Healthcare Preferred.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, With The Ability To Handle Complex And Sensitive Customer Interactions.
Strong Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Abilities, With The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Familiarity With Medical Terminology And Electronic Medical Records Systems Is Preferred.
