  1. Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries with empathy and compassion.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Schedule appointments and route calls to appropriate departments and healthcare professionals.
  4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and interactions with patients.
  5. Utilize computer systems and software to accurately enter and update patient information.
  6. Follow established protocols and procedures for call handling and patient communication.
  7. Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers to ensure timely and efficient care.
  8. Handle confidential patient information with discretion and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  9. Multitask effectively to manage a high volume of calls and prioritize urgent requests.
  10. Proactively identify and report any issues or concerns with patient care or customer service.
  11. Collaborate with other call center operators and departments to maintain smooth operations and provide seamless patient experiences.
  12. Continuously improve knowledge and skills through training and staying updated on hospital policies and procedures.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  14. Adhere to all organization and departmental guidelines, including attendance and punctuality standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Call Center Or Customer Service Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent Required; Additional Education Or Certification In Customer Service Or Healthcare Preferred.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, With The Ability To Handle Complex And Sensitive Customer Interactions.

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Abilities, With The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Familiarity With Medical Terminology And Electronic Medical Records Systems Is Preferred.
