  1. Conducting orientation and onboarding for new graduate nurses.
  2. Creating and managing the August New Graduate RN Cohort.
  3. Providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for new graduates.
  4. Assisting with the development and implementation of training programs for new nurses.
  5. Collaborating with other members of the team to ensure a smooth transition for new graduates.
  6. Mentoring and coaching new nurses to support their growth and development.
  7. Conducting regular check-ins with new nurses to assess their progress and address any concerns.
  8. Ensuring compliance with all hospital policies and procedures.
  9. Promoting a culture of excellence in patient care.
  10. Participating in performance evaluations and providing feedback to new nurses.
  11. Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to the new graduate program.
  12. Collaborating with HR to recruit and select qualified new graduate nurses.
  13. Staying current with industry trends and best practices in nursing education.
  14. Representing the hospital and the new graduate program at recruitment events.
  15. Providing ongoing support and resources for new graduate nurses to ensure their success.
