  1. Develop and implement stewardship reporting strategies to support the organization's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct in-depth analysis and evaluation of data to identify trends and areas for improvement in stewardship reporting.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and teams to gather necessary information for accurate and timely reporting.
  4. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to stewardship reporting.
  5. Create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track and monitor key performance indicators.
  6. Train and mentor team members on best practices for stewardship reporting.
  7. Provide regular updates and presentations to senior leadership on the status of stewardship reporting efforts.
  8. Identify and address any issues or discrepancies in reporting and work to resolve them in a timely manner.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as donors and partners, to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve stewardship reporting processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Communicate with other departments and teams to ensure alignment and consistency in reporting practices.
  12. Stay informed about industry trends and developments related to stewardship reporting and make recommendations for improvement.
  13. Lead and manage a team of stewardship reporting professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.
  15. Represent the organization at relevant conferences, events, and meetings related to stewardship reporting.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Stewardship, Donor Relations, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Donors, Colleagues, And Hospital Leadership.

  • Experience In Project Management, Including The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Knowledge Of Fundraising Principles And Best Practices, With A Strong Understanding Of Stewardship And Donor Recognition Strategies.
