  1. Provide administrative support to various departments within the hospital, including but not limited to scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing documents.
  2. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  3. Communicate effectively and efficiently with patients, staff, and external stakeholders.
  4. Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other correspondence.
  5. Monitor and maintain office supplies, ensuring availability for daily operations.
  6. Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate personnel or responding on behalf of the hospital.
  7. Plan and coordinate meetings, including scheduling, sending out invitations, and arranging necessary materials.
  8. Process and track invoices, expenses, and other financial documentation.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  10. Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns that may arise, escalating to management when necessary.
  11. Contribute to the development and implementation of new administrative processes and procedures.
  12. Support and assist other team members as needed.
  13. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in administrative support.

Job Qualifications
  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite And Electronic Medical Records Systems.
