  1. Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments within Wentworth-Douglass Hospital.
  2. Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and respond to inquiries.
  3. Greet and assist visitors, patients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
  4. Maintain and update files, records, and databases.
  5. Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence.
  6. Schedule appointments and meetings for hospital staff.
  7. Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports.
  8. Assist with budget preparation and monitoring.
  9. Order and maintain office supplies.
  10. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  11. Collaborate with other administrative assistants and hospital staff to ensure efficient operations.
  12. Participate in meetings and take minutes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In An Administrative Support Role Or In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Tight Deadlines.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Interact Professionally With All Levels Of Staff And Patients.

  • Proficient In Microsoft Office Suite And Experience With Electronic Health Record Systems.
