Knowledge Of Adaptive Sports Equipment And Technology: Candidates Should Have Experience Working With Adaptive Equipment And Technology, Such As Specialized Wheelchairs Or Prosthetics, In Order To Effectively Support Athletes With Disabilities.
Experience Working With Individuals With Disabilities: Previous Experience Working With Individuals With Disabilities, Whether In A Sports Or Healthcare Setting, Is Beneficial For Understanding The Unique Needs And Challenges Of This Population.
