Job Description

Perform weekly and quarterly data extraction necessary for transmitting timely tax files to external tax vendor and initiate wire requests for Treasury. Lead and complete preparation of monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations. Conduct research, analysis, and resolution for all payroll tax related items. This includes ever changing legislations impacting payroll, employee mobility, and international growth. Complete tax reviews, audits, and testing to ensure accurate flex work tax implications. Ensure accurate processing of tax filings both in-house and with external tax vendor on a quarterly and yearly basis. Oversight of all year-end related activities including W-2/W-3 and W-2c/W-3c processing. Review and approve new tax rate changes and tax interfaces for Oracle patch testing. Perform research and make recommendations for new processes to be in compliance with changing federal, state and local tax rules. Make recommendations on continuous improvement ideas in an effort to create efficiencies and eliminate non-value added work

Job Qualifications

Minimum of three to five years of payroll processing experience with experience in payroll tax preferred.
Must have the ability to adapt to change.
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
