Job Description

Coordinate all Wendy’s brand standard USA food and packaging initiatives and successfully plan out; transition to new products, phasing out of old items, specification changes. Support Sustainability Initiatives on Good Done Right. Partner with Corporate Social Responsibility department to deliver initiatives on sustainability and responsible sourcing and support all the inputs from SCM. Develop and maintain the SCM database. Ensure the timely communication with the franchisees for data information related to suppliers and products. Explore opportunities for continuous improvement of data submission/collection using automation and technology. Analysis and Report: Conduct analysis of SCM category management via database and commodity reports to determine opportunity for improvement in key SCM objectives such as cost, supply, quality, technology and system.

Job Qualifications
