
Specialist - Employee Relations & Compliance
Advocate for the employee experience by serving as lead investigator for employee relations cases including conducting on-site investigations and interviews, maintaining complete and thorough documentation, and closing out investigations with claimants and other involved parties. Maintain the integrity of the business by acting as lead for compliance-related programs including, but not limited to, personnel file audits, minor timecard audits, and agency initiated audits both on-site and virtually. Conduct ongoing training for HR and Operations teams around various employee relations and compliance topics both on-site and virtually. Support company markets when HR Business Partners are on PTO.
Previous experience in compliance, employee relations, and training
Ability to work independently with minimal direction by understanding priorities.
