Job Description

This role will oversee a team focused on three primary functions: Incident Response, Threat Intelligence & Hunting, and Security Operations Automation. The Manager, Cyber Security Operations will be responsible for leading the tactical response to security incidents for the Wendy’s system by working with both business and internal technical teams. Manages and sets priorities for the design, maintenance, development, and evaluation of the Security Operations team and infrastructure and tooling including SIEM, Email Security, EDR, SOAR, TAP, forensics, etc. Responsible for maintaining and updating the Cyber Security Incident Response Plan as well as maturing the Incident Response and Security Monitoring capabilities of the company. Responsible for managing external relationships with strategic partners including ISACs, InfraGuard, vendors, etc. Manages operational costs and contributes to the annual budgeting process. Provides Foundational Security Services to the Wendy’s franchise system.

Job Qualifications

8 – 10 years Information Technology/Information Security experience is required
Strong background in incident response and security operations including the deployment and use of enterprise tools
Industry specific certification from SANS/GIAC, ISC2, etc.
Experience with industry standards such as PCI, SOX, CIS, Mitre ATT&CK, etc.

Compensation
