Job Description

Our internship opportunities are based out of our Dublin, Ohio Restaurant Support Center (headquarters). You will gain exposure to, learn from, and have the opportunity to work with industry-leading professionals within and outside of HR, including members of leadership. As a Wendy’s intern, you will be involved in key initiatives driving our business and the HR function forward. You will be expected to not just work under the instruction of your manager, but to exhibit initiative and creative problem solving in pursuit of your goals and tasks. Your 12-14 weeks with us will be unique and personalized based not only on our business needs, but also on your personal interests & development goals.

Job Qualifications

Currently pursuing either a Master’s or a Bachelor’s Degree in HR
Demonstrated leadership ability & experience
Demonstrated ability of managing multiple projects with competing priorities
