Provide architecture leadership to project teams and product owners tied to enhancements and new functionality. Serves as the highest-level technical consultant to internal clients and technology management to ensure conformity with Enterprise Architecture, having expertise across a broad portion of the organization unit's architecture, or in-depth expertise within a more specific portion of the architecture. Assist in the creation of architectural data artifacts for key technology data initiatives across the HR domain. Assist with the design of data solutions in accordance with Data Management policies and Enterprise Data Blueprints. Influence the application owners to ensure alignment with the data architecture. Conducts complex technology and systems assessments for architecture solutions. Ensures the applications adhere to established Wells Fargo standard, policies, methodologies, and best practices. Participates in the definition of future technology architecture and strategy.
