Workday Senior Payroll Engineer

Wells Fargo is looking for an experienced and motivated Workday Senior Payroll Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Payroll & Benefits team, the Senior Payroll Engineer will be responsible for providing technical oversight and support for our Workday payroll system. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about staying up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends and can bring creative solutions to the table. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of technical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as experience with Workday Payroll.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field• 5+ years of experience in IT, preferably in a payroll or HR-related field• Expertise in Workday Payroll implementation and support• Understanding of payroll business processes and regulations• Proven ability to work with stakeholders and customers to provide technical solutions• Demonstrated knowledge of design and development of system integrations• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills

5. Work with stakeholders and customers to provide technical solutions.
6. Document system requirements, processes, and procedures.
7. Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions.
8. Train users on how to use the Workday Payroll system.
9. Monitor changes in payroll regulations and ensure compliance.
