  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability within the Commercial Banking division.
  2. Collaborate with other senior leaders to align business objectives and ensure consistency in strategy execution.
  3. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
  4. Analyze financial data and market research to inform decision making and strategic planning.

  10. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure adherence within the business.
  11. Collaborate with other departments, such as risk management and finance, to ensure alignment and coordination in business operations.
  12. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress of strategic plans and initiatives.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business, Or A Related Field. A Strong Educational Background In Financial Management And Strategy Is Essential For This Role.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Commercial Banking, With A Focus On Strategy And Business Development. Experience In A Leadership Role Is Preferred.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Commercial Banking Strategies, Resulting In Increased Revenue And Market Share.
