  1. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Wells Fargo's brand voice, tone, and style guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital products and platforms.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and product managers to create user-centered content that aligns with business goals and user needs.
  3. Conduct research and gather insights to inform content decisions, including user testing, competitive analysis, and data analysis.
  4. Create and maintain a content strategy that supports the overall user experience and business objectives.
  5. Write clear, concise, and engaging content for various digital products and platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and chatbots.
  6. Review and edit content from other team members to ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
  7. Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
  8. Advocate for the importance of UX writing and educate team members on best practices.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX writing and make recommendations for improvement.
  10. Lead and mentor junior content designers, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow and develop.
  11. Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and business objectives.
  12. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to content.
  13. Continuously monitor and analyze user feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for content changes.
  14. Participate in user research to gather insights and validate content decisions.
  15. Represent the UX writing team in cross-functional meetings and present content strategy and decisions to stakeholders.
