Proficiency In Cash Handling And Basic Math Skills: Teller Candidates Should Be Able To Accurately And Efficiently Count And Handle Both Cash And Coin Transactions.
Excellent Customer Service Skills: As The Frontline Representatives Of Wells Fargo, Tellers Must Be Friendly, Professional, And Able To Provide Exceptional Service To Customers.
Strong Communication Skills: Tellers Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Customers, Colleagues, And Superiors, Both Verbally And In Writing.
Attention To Detail: Tellers Are Responsible For Processing A High Volume Of Transactions And Must Have A Strong Attention To Detail To Ensure Accuracy And Prevent Errors.
