Responsibilities: • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner • Accurately process customer transactions in a timely manner • Provide advice and information regarding Wells Fargo products and services • Balance and reconcile cash drawer as needed • Ensure compliance with federal and state banking regulations • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints • Maintain customer confidentiality • Cross-sell bank products and services • Update customer information in the system • Monitor customer accounts for suspicious activities • Assist in training and mentoring new Tellers
