Teller

We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills who can provide efficient and accurate banking services to our customers. 1. Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
2. Provide exceptional customer service to customers in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
3. Identify customer needs and cross-sell bank products and services.
4. Balance cash drawer daily to ensure accuracy and accountability.
5. Maintain customer confidentiality and comply with security procedures.
6. Assist customers with inquiries and troubleshoot customer issues.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Adhere to bank policies and regulations.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
