Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• Process various banking transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
• Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate records
• Follow all bank policies and regulations
• Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information
• Identify customer needs and cross-sell bank products and services
• Assist with opening and closing of the branch
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment
• Seek opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and grow within the organization
