Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer service to all Wells Fargo clients. • Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments. • Ensure accuracy of customer records and account balances. • Balance cash drawers and ATMs. • Maintain knowledge of Wells Fargo products and services. • Answer customer inquiries and provide banking advice when appropriate. • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build customer relationships. • Adhere to all banking regulations and policies. • Assist with customer onboarding and account maintenance. • Work collaboratively with branch team members to ensure an exceptional customer experience. • Remain organized and detail-oriented while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. • Assist customers with online banking inquiries.
