Responsibilities:

1. Deliver superior customer service and support to customers in person and over the phone.
2. Handle all customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and other banking services.
3. Balance cash drawer at the end of the shift and submit reports.
4. Follow all security and compliance procedures.
5. Cross-sell banking products and services to customers.
6. Answer customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints.
7. Maintain and update customer information and records.
8. Assist customers with online banking, mobile banking, and other digital services.
9. Stay current on banking products, services, and regulations.
10. Proactively identify sales opportunities to meet customer needs.
